Apam tepung beras
1 cawan nasi sejuk
3/4cawan gula pasir
1 1/4 cawan air
1 cawan tepung beras
1 cawan tepung gandum
1 camca teh instant yeast (mauripan)
pewarna
kelap[a parut + sedikir garam
1.Blend nasi , gula dan air. ketepikan.
2.Campurkan tepung gandum, tepung beras dan yis.
3.Masukkan nasi yang di blend tadi.
perap 3jam.
Selepas 3 jam bahagikan kepada warna-warna yang dikehendaki.
Sapukan sedikit minyak pada acuan. Kukus 15minit.
Sedia dimakan bersama kelapa parut.
